To honor Pride Month, Ritual planned a special event on June 14th—a Pride Panel aimed at fostering internal conversation and sharing valuable resources and insights with our broader social audience. This initiative was in collaboration with the Director of Social and focused on leveraging organic social media to highlight key takeaways from the panel discussion.

Objective
The primary goal of this campaign was to support Ritual’s Pride Community Group programming. We aimed to capture and disseminate important learnings from the panel experts, ensuring our community could benefit from their wisdom and experiences. The campaign sought to create a carousel asset that showcased clips of each partner sharing insightful advice and perspectives.

We aimed to create a compelling carousel that featured clips from each panel partner, sharing bits of wisdom with our audience. This content was designed to be shared through a content collaboration, maximizing reach and engagement.



Campaign Execution

1. Planning and Coordination:
Collaborated with the Director of Social to outline the key objectives and messages. 
Reviewed the 1-hour Google Meet panel recording to identify impactful segments.


2. Content Creation:
Design Concept: Developed vibrant and engaging graphics that aligned with the Pride Month theme and Ritual’s brand identity. I decided to go with a theme that mimics a user’s laptop operating system, designing graphics that look like a desktop interface. I also made sure to seamlessly integrate the speakers' Instagram handles so people could easily identify and follow them. This approach was meant to engage our audience with something both familiar and visually fresh.

Reusability and Customization: Ensured all assets and motion graphics templates (MOGRTs) were reusable and customizable (you can easily swap background colors and textures). This decision was strategic to allow for the future use of these assets in other guest speaker panels at Ritual, promoting consistency and efficiency in our content creation process.


3. Rapid Turnaround:
Given the urgent need for publication, we prioritized efficiency without compromising quality.
Worked closely with the Director of Social to ensure all assets were reviewed and approved promptly.
